Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Parasol Sport is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact (at) parasolsport.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. Parasol Sport is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered, but we are happy to help where possible if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us at contact (at) parasolsport.com, and we will do our best to assist with next steps.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert customer service email] with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
