1. Parasol Sport Return Policy
We want you to love your visor. If it’s not quite right, we’ll help make it right—while keeping things sustainable as a small, independent brand.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
How it works
- Email contact@parasolsport.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (this covers return shipping and handling).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once received and inspected, your credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Store Credit
No expiration date. Automatically applied at checkout on future orders.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Period: Must report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.

How to Report:

Email contact@parasolsport.com with photos of the damage/defect and your order number.

Choose either a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

Exchanges: Replacement item shipped at no cost; return shipping for the damaged item is prepaid by Parasol Sport.
3. Exchanges (Non-Damaged)

All non-damaged exchanges follow the Returns & Store Credit process:

Return the original item for store credit.

Place a new order and apply the store credit at checkout.

Processing Time: 2–3 business days (up to 5 business days during high demand).

6. How to clean your visor
Care Instructions
- Visor: Spot clean only. Do not machine wash.
- Sweatband: Removable and machine washable. For best results, place in a lingerie bag or wash separately to prevent the velcro from catching on other items. Air dry.
