1. Returns & Store Credit

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Process:

Email mckenna@parasolsport.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.

If the item arrived without damage, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit will be issued to your Parasol Sport account within 7–10 business days.

Store Credit: No expiration date. Apply automatically at checkout on future orders.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Period: Must report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.

How to Report:

Email mckenna@parasolsport.com with photos of the damage/defect and your order number.

Choose either a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

Exchanges: Replacement item shipped at no cost; return shipping for the damaged item is prepaid by Parasol Sport.
3. Exchanges (Non-Damaged)

All non-damaged exchanges follow the Returns & Store Credit process:

Return the original item for store credit.

Place a new order and apply the store credit at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: 2–3 business days (up to 5 business days during high demand).

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

International Shipping:
- We don't ship internationally at this time, sorry!

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
