1. Returns & Store Credit

  • We want you to love your visor. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right — while keeping our small business humming.

    Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

    Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

    How it works:

    1. Email contact@parasolsport.com with your order number, the item name, and reason for return.

    2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping and handling.

    3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    4. Once we receive and inspect your item, store credit will be added to your Parasol Sport account within 7–10 business days.

    Store Credit: No expiration date, and it applies automatically at checkout on future orders.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Period: Must report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.

  • How to Report:

    1. Email contact@parasolsport.com with photos of the damage/defect and your order number.

    2. Choose either a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Exchanges: Replacement item shipped at no cost; return shipping for the damaged item is prepaid by Parasol Sport.


3. Exchanges (Non-Damaged)

  • All non-damaged exchanges follow the Returns & Store Credit process:

    1. Return the original item for store credit.

    2. Place a new order and apply the store credit at checkout.


4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (up to 5 business days during high demand).

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Calculated at checkout
  • International Shipping:

    • We don't ship internationally at this time, sorry!
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


5. Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely. Parasol Sport does not store your payment information.
